STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE, AND THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THE FOLLOWING "•For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes places once the full payment amount has reflected in our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days – no exceptions to this rule will be made", I made payment on the 23rd of August and my payment was only processed on the 03rd of September, I emailed Decofurn to find out regarding my order because I have had no communication from them. A lady Monique says she only processed my order on the 3rd of September and that delivery will take place 5-10 days from date of Dispatch, which is clearly not what the website says! I have sent numerous emails and no responses. Pathetic service, will never be purchasing from Decofurn again!
