STAY AWAY!

I bought an office chair at the Somerset branch, which was assembled in store for an additional amount. The chair turned out to be a bit too wide for my home desk. I called the store TWO HOURS LATER asking for an exchange with a narrower office chair.

I returned the chair the next day in the exact condition that I received it in and was charged a 20% "handling fee" at return because the chair was already assembled.

Judging by the average 1 ratings on HP, this store doesn't actually care! All I can do now is take the lesson learned, read the reviews and never shop here again!
