SPAM with no reliable channel or option to opt out

Ongoing endless SPAM.

The Kenilworth branch uses a system that requires your mobile number as an identifier for sales consultants to wirelessly log purchases at the cashier for payment. They do not inform you that you will be sent endless sms SPAM with no option to opt out. I called to specifically ask to be removed from the mailing list but the SPAM continues.

The furniture I bought is not fantastic quality.
