SO SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE DELIVERY

Hello everyone, i had at the beginning at difficult encounter with the deluxe office chair i bought online from Decofurn, at first the star base gave in so i thought it just could be a factory fault and offcourse it was , so i was given a replacement part, then alas that one snapped at the very foot of the wheel, so i contacted the head office and they were so helpful and caring and arranged for my replacement and this time i was so impressed , it just took a few days and i recieved my part from the kenilworth branch, I just want to thank the Decofurn team for there kind and considerate assistance for helping me resolve my situation and to the 2 managers Mr Grant, Nozie thank you so much and the Sheree , Denise & Wendy at headoffice wow You guys are an absolute amazing team , Thank You Decofurn 10star rating for you guys . Please continue the Good work i surely recommend everyone i know to Decofurn. So satisfied yipeeeeee yeyyyyyy.
