Shoddy phone line or service?

I have been trying to get through to decofurn (Durban) since friday....Given Friday was Black Friday some of the non communication is acceptable. But what I don't find acceptable is being put on hold for long periods of time, first getting told the item I would like to purchase is in stock then getting cut off. Three further phone calls later....each time being cut off. I finally managed to speak to someone and she then told me I couldn't pay for it as the item was now out of stock. Very frustrating.
