Shockingly poor service

Bought furniture for my child going to varsity on 21 March, for delivery 31 March. Phone this morning to confirm delivery. Apologies, but base of bed broken, so not delivering. I must pay R200 extra for new bed base. Delivery promised before 16:00, still waiting and my the removal company coming tomorrow morning to move her to Pretoria.
