Shocking service if any Decofurn Boksburg

Absolutely shocking service. I bought bookshelves from Decofurn Boksburg. One in stock and two to be ordered. This was on the 6th of April. I was told the truck would arrive from Cape Town within 5 - 7 working days and they would phone me to collect. I went back the following week to be told they never placed my order. They then placed my order and told me they would phone me. I went back over a week later after again not receiving any calls to e told they still have not put my order on the truck. I was asked to give them until Friday 26th and they would phone me as they would take this matter further. It is now Monday 29th and guess what STILL NO PHONE CALL. When phoning their branch the phone is never answered and just rings. So we have to waste our petrol driving up and down each week with NO help from the branch manager or staff.
