Shocking service from Decofurn

My friend was harassed at the drive-thru loading zone of decofurn this afternoon. The manager of Decofurn watched and said/did absolutely NOTHING while this all unfilded. We had been waiting for the better part of half an hour to pick up a small bookshelf, along with another small vehicle who had one item to collect, while a loading lorry and their 20 odd items were given preference. When my friend inquired about our bookshelf, he was verbally attacked by some other customer who threatened to get physical with him. All while the manager AND OTHER DECOFURN EMPLOYEES looked on and did nothing. Shocking service, teriible collection system, and absolute no regard for customer harassment. I won't be returning.
