Shocking service

To the MD of Decorfurn the appalling attitude of you Manager at North riding let's the whole team down. I bought 4 bar stools there. They were not stable. One fell over on Sunday as it was bumped by mistake and injured my foot. I had the invoice, boxes and chairs were assembled. Firstly he didn't believe we had assembled them properly. Then he started arguing with me. Anyway he agreed I could bring them back so he could inspect how they were assembled. Well there was nothing wrong with that. Then he decided to charge me a 20% handling fee. What for I wonder? What happened to customer service? I landed up paying in for decent chairs plus his 20% handling fee.
