Shocking Service - Decofurn ****arney Gardens

Good day

I purchased 2 bookshelves at Decofurn ****arney Gardens on Saturday, systems showed 7 in stock when I went to collect there was none in stock after waiting an hour they contacted there branch in Kennelworth to delivery the stock to them on Monday, and they said they will delivery items on Monday at the latest Tuesday to me in Brackenfell. I asked will they delivery even though its a public holiday and they said yes. Well I contacted them 3 x yesterday and they couldn't find any information on my stock but they promised they will call me back - which I am still awaiting there call. I call yesterday another 6 times yesterday before 2pm and it just rang they didn't answer. I called the office - they promised to call me back and once again I am still waiting. Called this morning 9am they said the driver is on there way to me, well its now 11H10 and when I called now they say they driver is already back - needless to say I still haven't received my stock. Now the lady said she will get him to bring my bookshelves now, and she will call me back to confirm - O, please we all know that won't happen. Well I just want to inform others about the shockingly poor service at Decofurn ****arney Gardens, office as well as warehouse.
