Shocking service

I was told they would deliver yesterday or today, I called them at 2pm they said they would be there at 4pm I called again at 4 30 they said 5/6, it is now 6 15pm. No phone calls morning. But I had to take time off from work and paid for delivery. Disgusting service really.
