Shocking & Disappointing

Shocking! I bought an ergonomic office chair with lumbar support for my wife. It was 3k in May 2024.

The chair broke. I phoned Decofurn and I am happy to pay for the repair but the short and the long of it is that once your 12 month guarantee is up...

- they won't repair it themselves; - they won't send it back to the supplier; & - they won't give me the suppliers name.

Basically, after 12 months it's "Thanks for spending your money with us but you're on your own if it breaks because we won't help you repair it" from Decofurn
