Shocking Customer Service

This branch has promised to deliver an office chair and corner desk. They **** about availability for the desk and it was never delivered. Its been 4 weeks after we've been in store and they have made no contact to resolve the situation. Customer care is unhelpful and keeps passing the issue from one staff member to another. They keep telling us t go to the store time to get credit, even though we've already been to the store twice, once to make the purchase and the second time to force them to release the stock after they had failed to deliver themselves. This is a simple order that was made on the 21st of March and its now the 30th of April.
