Shocking customer and after sales service

Shocking service. Can't give a tracking nr for goods ordered and paid for 11days ago already. Customer service agents getting arrogant and not willing to assist or give feedback. Still awaiting contact nrs of couriers that need to deliver URGENTLY... Asked so politely to have goods delivered on a spesific date.
