service so bad they don't deliver plus they wont pick up the phone nor respond to your email

Decofurn how does one get their order delivered from you!? what a terrible customer service. i ordered a patio set on 20th Nov and and requested it be delivered second week of Dec. now i cant even get hold of them. not picking up the phone and not responding to my email even. really not acceptable. now how to i get my order delivered . i need it as i said.
