Service not worth the furniture

I decided to buy furniture from Decofurn on lay-buy. A few months later I was done paying, and when I called was told the furniture will be ordered and I will be notified as soon as the furniture arrived.

Fast foward 4 months later, i still don't have my furniture worth almost 20k. I had to call in everyday complaining, constantly being told I will be called back with an update. Nagging everyday and asking for my case to be escalated was how I eventually got almost all my furniture. I am still waiting for an item that was still not in stock, and I am still waiting for call.
