Service level and communication is very poor

I have placed an order last week Tuesday and today is the 6th day and I have just received an sms stating that my order has been dispatched I will be advised once it reaches Port Elizabeth only on the 6th day. I tried to send a follow up email and I have been blocked from sending emails and enquire about my order that I have paid with my money.
