Service is really bad at this store

I went through to decofurn followed a line to get inside in the hot sun at the durban warehouse. I go specifically for the office chairs, I see certain chairs are sold out and there is the ones that is not sold out, so I chose 1 now I followed the line to pay only to find out that they don't have stock of all the office chairs. Absolutely pathetic service and to have wasted my time and effort was even more frustrating. There is no sign to say all the office chairs is sold out and only to be told they will receive stock by the end of August. I want a call from head office this service is getting worst and there is hardly sales assistance on the floor to even help you.
