Service failure

am utterly disgusted with the call I received that your delivery service does not deliver in Ocean view, however NOWHERE on your website does it state this, you happily took my money after my address was entered and confirmed.

The fact that your agent can just casually call and state that I can collect in one of the Cape Town stores is ridiculous, if I wanted to collect in store, I would go and purchase the product in store! BUT just maybe I don't have transport.

Lastly I have had high end companies such as Coricraft and @Home have their delivery service, deliver to my home in Ocean View so maybe it's time for you to change your delivery company and onto of that UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE instead of discriminating against people who live in what you deem red zone areas!

This is completely unacceptable, please redund me my money or send my goods with the courier company at your expense because had I known this was the situation I would have taken my redzone moneh else where!

Quick to take our money now wanting to make it our problem that you are using a useless courier company, it's time to upgrade, this is absolutely pathetic!!!
