I ordered multiple items from the Decofurn in Port Elizabeth. I specifically booked the delivery for 3:30pm when I get home in the afternoon. At 1pm I was phoned by the outsourced delivery company affiliated with Decofurn, to ask if they can deliver at 1pm because they are in the area. I told them no one is home, hence the booking time of 3:30. I then phoned Decofurn Port Elizabeth, where the delivery department was not very helpful. I phoned the delivery person at least three times and he kept saying we will be there soon. Well, they only arrived after 6pm with all my items. Absolutely ********** service! Decofurn you seriously need to up your service, because your collections department isn't much better either. If I could give zero starts, I would!
