Satisfactory service, satisfactory resolution!

I'd just like to take some time out to commend Laetitia on her exceptional customer service and prompt response these past few days.

I purchased a gaming chair for my husband last year and the base of the chair snapped the other day as he sat down. I told my husband to wait before purchasing a new chair, perhaps Decofurn would be able to assist with a replacement part or direct us to who can.

I logged a general case query online and my case was assigned to Laetitia.

She contacted me to get more information and kept me informed throughout the process.

She then got back to me with great news and even offered a free installation if I were to collect the part at their Montague Park store.

When I explained I would not be able to collect the replacement part at their Montague Park store as I'm all the way in Mitchell's Plain, she quickly arranged for it to be delivered directly to my door.

Also a special thanks to the delivery driver - Mogamat. He was friendly and informative as well. 👌

I received my replacement part. I'm a happy customer and my husband is a happy and comfortable gamer again!
