Rude manager

I was at decofurn and overhead a conversation between a customer and the manager. The manager was s rude to the customer and the customer was so understanding but she never gave her time to explain. She kept talking without listening to what the customer was saying and the other staff members tried to help and were told to stay away from the issue. If it was me that shop was going to be closed whole day. She must go back to school and learn public relations or else we wont go back there.
