Returns and refunds are a nightmare

Please do not buy from this store as returns and refunds are an absolute nightmare and an enormously tedious process. After buying a product online I decided to return it. I had to submit a request to return which then took a number of days to be approved or declined. All the while you are stuck with a huge box in your home wondering if you will be able to return it. When I finally received the all clear, they informed me they charge R250 to collect (my nearest store is in the same suburb as me). Ironically the item I bought was R299. I then decided to drive through to return the product myself. After an hour and a half, I finally left the store. You have to go to a separate building to return the item, wait for AGES, when you are finally helped the paperwork which needs to be completed is pages long. Good grief. When you finally get out of there and go to the store to choose something else, you end up in another queue where there is more questions to answer. Never again! You have been warned.
