REFUSE TO ASSIST

Thanking you so much manager has called.

He has unapologetically confirmed laybye was finalised and all my items were sold because I did not pick up. No refund for any of the items, because they used the funds for storage.

This isn't acceptable at all. This manager was unhelpful and wanted to get off the line. I'm not satisfied with the service and way in which he delivered the message.

I would like details for the next escalation channel please. In addition to that I would like a trail mail of Decofurn contacting me for these items or communication of them being sold.
