REFUND/RETURNS

Never buy from Decofurn Online!!!! I bought a couch online it was delivered on Friday it was way too small ,I woke up the following morning and went to one of thè branches (store),and told them I want to bring it back and get refunded because it’s something that I do not want.I was told that they can’t take it I must do it online,ok I contacted the call centre and was told to send email to them with pictures of the item of which I immediately did,got an automated response saying that I will be assisted in 3 days,I waited.On Wednesday afternoon I decided to call and follow up because I’m not getting any response boom apparently the pictures that I sent are not correct í must send the box(couch inside the box).My concern now is that ,how was I going to know that I sent the wrong pictures,secondly why so fussy because you could even on your system that this item has been with me in less than 24 hrs!!!Im not happy with thệ service and delays,I was ready the following day to drop the item in one of their shops and start with my cash refund process.Now I’m stuck with this couch in my house I don’t even have ả space to store it.
