refund for defected pedestal

on the 12th March 2015 i bought a bed & a pedestal, the pedestal was defected, half painted, drawers did not open. i took it back on the 19th March 2015 only to be told my refund will be deposited into my account within 7days. i still have not received my refund. the store manager is a ****, does not return calls. after making numerous calls about my refund after the 7th day i still do not have my money.<br> instead i get given excuses, like check your account, come to the store, we will check. <br> <br> HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE<br> <br> <br> KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE, THE PRODUCTS ARE OF ADVERSE QUALITY.<br> <br> THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL U DEFECTED PRODUCTS.<br>
