Refund

Hi Guys,<br> <br> I really dont like complaining on such platforms - i am waiting for a refund since saturday, it month end and have to put in rent but still unclear of the progress status because no one is willing to give or indicate any direction. It is in your contract that a refund has has to happen in 3 days however nothing is happening.<br> <br> please lets not complicate things - i just need my refund.<br> <br> Regards<br> Xolisa
