REFUND!!!!!

On the 25th of November I went and bought furniture worth R9663 at Decofurn Montague Gardens. Included in my purchase were 2 pedestals and an assembly fee amounting to R4088. I was told that the pedestals would be available the following week and I would have to come pick them up then. When the week ended and no contact was made I asked for a refund. The lady on the line said this would be done and I would receive said refund between 3-5 working days. I still have not received my refund. Crazy how I have to wait for the purchased goods and when that transaction goes south I also struggle to get my refund. Please refund my money immediately.
