Recliners!

We ordered recliners, they brought us a new recliner almost every week for about 5 weeks, yes as they opened the box the recliners has tears,holes, nails popping out, staff isnt freindly at all and to top it off we are not being refunded our money in full so now buying from your store has actually cost me money!!!! I can understand that was an issue with the Recliner, no Problem but why shouldn't i be refunded in full has the recliner has been returned that pure fact would make me think if i would really want to buy frim your store again!
