R26 000 ORDER

Where do I start with DECOFURN SILVERLAKES..... I paid my money on same day I placed my order. I wasn't told that all the furniture was not in stock... DECOFURN website advertises FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE R3999. I had to pay delivery and they made use of an independent guy using his own "suspect" bakkie and it was loaded like a taxi with furniture... I was told that my delivery will go out that Saturday morning as soon as they open.... I started phoning after 15:00 and eventually the guy pitched at around 17:40 that evening... My bedroom dresser with drawers was apparently not in stock.... I followed up and was told it is still overseas and will get delivered in 2 weeks time..... (before middle of July)... BEST OF ALL, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE TO HAVE MY CHEST OF DRAWERS DELILVERED....??? Not my fault I was **** to in the 1st place, not telling me that the chest of drawers was out of stock.....??? Today is almost the end of July and I have not heard one word from Johan (Store Manager) or Bradley (Salesman).... I started phoning them both yesterday and they kept on ignoring my calls (they knew it was me phoning). Clients' nrs gets saved on their phones, so they will know who is phoning them when clients want to follow-up... Johan (so-called store MANAGER) ignored my calls and EVENTUALLY the Salesman answered and I was told "I will quickly do a follow up and phone back IMMEDIATELY".... I never heard from him again.... I phoned numerous times this morning only to find that my calls are being ignored and they won't answer.... again Bradley answered EVENTUALLY, promising that he is busy sorting out my order as we speak and would phone me back IMMEDIATELY... I never heard from him once again..... I phoned again numerous times and my calls were all ignored! I sent both Johan and Bradley a WA and received a voice msg back from Bradley, nl. that it is month-end and that they are VERY busy....????? If I had to tell my manager, he have to wait, I am busy with month-end, I would be fired on the spot!!! If I had know this and read the reviews on Decofurn prior to my decision to go and shop with the, I would have never set foot on their premises!!!! The only other option is to go and lay a charge of THEFT against them. They sit with our money, but keep on ducking and diving and making empty promises.... PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT DECOFURN!!! No accountability and Johan (so-called manager) is just as a big **** as the salesman!!!!
