quality is beyond poor and the customer

I purchased a table about 3 weeks ago and now its showing a crack , they said I must send pictures which I did just for the section that was cracked , Esmeralda wrote to me but she emailed me to request or a full picture and did not even wait for a response and just closed the case , I bought this through zero pay and now I have ben debited for a table I no longer want because its cheap wood quality
