Putrid Service from Decofurn!!! A Company on the verge of closing Down!!

I ordered goods during lockdown on the 25th of April 2020. I was willing to wait for my delivery until I could be delivered. Then on the 14th I was informed my goods would be delivered on the 15th, then on the 16th and then nothing. Called numerous times and still no delivery. No apology just nothing. Not service orientated at all. I become frustrated although I wanted my goods I just canceled. The website say queries will be responded to within 3 days it took 6 days to get a reply. Really putrid service. They wanting me to wait another month for my goods because there staff don't know what's going on.
