Problematic with delivery and rude delivery drivers.

I ordered items worth more than R7000 from Decofurn. I ordered them online and even though there were hassles with delivery, it eventually was delivered in two parts. I noted that I had not received the mattress protector that I ordered. I called to make inquiries and was told that the driver said that I had received it. Whoever they use to deliver should be reviewed because I have not received any correspondence since my call at the beginning of this week. When they delivered my second delivery which consisted of a blanket and pillows, the driver literally just dropped it and left without saying a word. He just sped off, I was not able to check my order or make inquires. I need this matter resolved please. Order number: 549650. I should however say that their call center staff in Cpt is very helpful, I just do not know why they did not get back to me regarding this query.
