Poor & Unprofessional Service

I bought a Titan 7 drawer 1 door chest set - Oak (Durban Store - walk in) on black Friday 26/11/2021 plus delivery to my place. Until now there is no communication from decofurn. I have tried to follow up via telephone. No one seems to know the delivery date of my order, I am being transferred from one person to another without a straight answer. Why are you selling something you do not have?
