Poor to no customer service

I feel so stupid for having trying to inquire about an order from 7 days ago when there are people who have waited for over a month . I wish I’d done my research prior to making a purchase ,the worst part is that the company doesn’t seem to care one bit,none of the reviews have gotten a response.. says a lot about the “company “
