Poor service, Poor Quality, Poor workmanship

Absolutely have the most poor after sales service ever. Even their product itself is not quality.

Bought a bed to value of R6100 on special, it has not even been 2years yet and the matress has been changed 4x due to poor quality and defect in product.

When contacted they want to exchange to a cheaper bed and want me to pay in more than R900 on a product which is cheaper than the product we have already paid for.

Plus the matress we have now is 150kg per side and they want to give us a 140kg per side.

Totally not happy with them at all
