Poor Service & Poor quality of Furniture

On September 15, 2023, I personally met with the Manager at Deco Furn on Hendrik Potgieter. I presented them with evidence of my purchase and shared photographs illustrating the poor quality of the furniture. Subsequently, the Manager advised me to contact them via email to ***.

However, despite sending an email on September 20, 2023, along with photographic evidence of the furniture's poor quality, I have not received any response from Deco Furn after following up with four more emails.
