Poor service/ No refund after incorrect payment

Placed order online. After review of the rating of Decofurn and poor service I cancelled order. Phoned them twice and also e mailed for the money to be refunded. Only promices with "payment runs and date of refund", no refund received from Esmeralda, Leatitia and Rene who where working with the case since 21December 2022! Be carefull!
