Poor service from Decofurn Silverlakes Pretoria East

Decofurn Silverlakes worst furniture purchase service i have ever had. I was told after paying that the item i was paying for was not in stock (which i begrudgingly said okay to thinking that it will be handled better after i have expressed my dissatisfaction). I was told i could collect my desk after 10 working days (which is roughly to my understanding 14 days without holidays) .... 2 weeks later nothing called the shop, i was told the truck is being offloaded they will call me back, i was not called. I called towards the end of the day to get feed back, I was told again I will be called.

its now the next morning 1100hrs i have called i have now been told they are invoicing the truck delivery whatever that means and soon as they are done with that they will call me. Utter ******* service ... what business do i knowing your internal processes ... when i paid you i did not tell you how i raised the money i paid to you. Please can i have my item that you promised me two weeks ago yesterday.
