Poor service delivery

I bought dining room table and chairs on the 28 of November at Silverlakes and I was told that I would get my stuff delivered within 10 days. It didn't happen, the worst part is that their line is not going through everytime I have to do followup i have to call via Centurion Decofurn. On Friday when I called for the 17th time one of the consultant assured me that I will get my stuff on Tuesday, today when I called the store, different story. I was too ambitious to think that I will have my Christmas lunch nicely on my table but thanks to Decofurn I will have it on the floor. It's the first time i use their services and I regret it. They should have been honest about their delivery timelines and furniture availability, that could have assisted me in making a decision of whether I want to wait that long or proceed to another store but they ****. Atleast I should have just bought the chairs and looked for a table somewhere. I am very disappointed!!
