Poor service - can't even collect my order

What was I thinking - I work all week and collection of the weekend would be the easiest. So why not order online and get everything sorted out so that collection is quick and I can do everything else I need to do as well on the weekend. I place my order, send my POP on Wednesday morning. The payment goes off my account and while everyone else can confirm a payment within 48 hours Decofurn can't! I can't collect my order over the weekend as planned because THEY haven't confirmed yet. It takes up to 4 days meaning I have to continue working on my bed all day because I can't fetch my order. So much for convenience!
