Poor service by Decorfurn Greenstone.

The service at Decorfurn is really terrible. I made a 6 months lay-bye in January and the final payment was on the 15 of July. Till this day I haven't got my pedestal, coffee table as well as my dinner table. The sales man (Ngoni) promised to get the pedestal for me from other branch in August but that never happened. Yesterday I got a call from him to say my order has not arrived and should get another update by the 3rd week of September. I asked what if I don't get it by then and they give me another escuse? He told me that I will then have to decide what I wanna do. It is said because I missed specials from other furniture shops. They're not even making an effort to get me something similar for the same price. I am so disappointed by this service.
