Poor Service

I ordered a Baltic 3 drawer 2 door sideboard on the 30 September online. It arrived yesterday with only 1 page of the assembly instructions. I had already unpacked the entire box hoping to find the rest of the instructions. I then called the call centre to ask them to send me the assembly instructions via email as I do understand that we all make mistakes. I spoke to a lady at the call centre who reassured me that she would send me the instructions. After waiting 40 minutes I called back only to be advised by the same person that she has requested the instructions and that upon receiving them she would send them to me. I asked her if that would be today and she said it would be. The next day I called again after not receiving the instructions and was told by another person they too are requesting the instructions and that now they cannot tell me how long I will have to wait to receive them. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never buy from this company again....very poor service.
