poor service at Decofurn store

I bought a bed last week Saturday at decofurn and the send me a message that say order dispatch to our Amoroso hub has arrived on Wednesday ....and yesterday i tried to call the told me that my order will be delived yesterday it never happend today in the morning at 09:30 i called them the lady who answered me said have someone to get back to me i must leave my name & number around 12h00 when i was trying to call the phones are off i'm told not happy with they're service because have been taking from pillar to post and i need my bed because on Sunday i have to so were i'm going to sleep the service is very worse after i paid my money the no outstanding i don't think i'll ever support the store ever ....they're service delivery is so poor i would never Even recommend people.
