Poor service, arrogant staff

Purchased goods from Centurion Decofurn 2weeks back and requested for assembly and delivery which I paid extra for. Delivery guys pitch up late with a bad attitude and says that they need to fetch 2 more guys to carry my furniture in the house. (Poor Planning) So then the cupboard doors cannot open because they lost the lock keys. I demanded to speak to this arrogant excuse of a warehouse manager Ryan who simply tells me that he will get the keys to me later. (note:still no keys so the product I bought is now a useless ornament) I see that most people are unhappy with this poor place so I assume the owners also don't care seeing they never respond or correct their mistakes.
