Poor service and waste of time

I placed the order on the 26th and to date no words from Decofurn regarding delivery. It’s been 6days!!! I tried to call the call centre number and goes straight to voice mail. I had to get to the website to chat with someone online and eventually got someone to call me back. The person was pretty useless and could not tell me when delivery would take place. Poor service!

Your driver phoned me at 5pm and told me he is on his way, it’s now 6:30pm!!!!! Where is he? And not answering the phone! You guys are so pathetic! Never will ever buy from Decofurn!!! **** service!
