Poor service and quality

I had a very bad experience with this company. I bought a lounge suite from them and within four months, the material of the three-seater tore. I contacted the company and they collected it but when the brought it back it was faded against the sides and back of the couch. I took photos and emailed the store. I received no response to date. I understand that this is a factory shop, but the quality is of a very poor standard
