Poor service and false information

I decided to take a day off today to wait for a delivery from decofurn randburg.

Both the sales guy and the manager agreed to make delivery on Thursday which is today.

So I call the store to ask what time the goods might arrive and the sales guy together with the manager deny everything and tell me even if I took a day off I wouldn’t be receiving my goods.
