Poor service and delivery still waiting

We have ordered and paid for a glass dining room round table. We collected to only realizing when esembling that there is no *****s with it to esemble. We asked the branch at Deco park to give us the *****s, but they said they have to order it. This table is for the opening of our shop the 10th of September and they can't or won't make this a priority to get this sorted or give us an indication. Their customer services absolutely shocking as we are pressed for times and it seems like they don't care about a regular customer like myself.
