Poor service a Decofurn Centurion

Yesterday I called Decofurn centurion to find out about a specific plasma unit. The sales lady called me back confirming they had stock and advised they are closing at 16:00. I was in the area and I quickly popped in minutes later. To my surprise when I got the there they were out of stock hours before I called. The gentleman who assisted (Calvin I think) me tried to find out who gave me a call but Rita said she doesn't recall and just brushed it off. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service after waiting and waiting to get assistance only to be told they don't have stock is unacceptable.
